WHAT YOU PURCHASE


STUDY PLANS

Study Plans Consist of Sail and Rig Plan, Accommodation Layout, Deck Plan, Inboard Hull Profiles, an overview of the construction process.




PROJECT PACKAGE

Includes and overview and some specific details of the build process including some of the plans and a list of the materials required for construction.


COSTING PACKAGE

We Supply a full set of construction drawings and the table of Surface Areas and Laminates.

The price of the costing package id deductible from the total price when you purchase the plans.


WHAT ABOUT DESIGN OPTIONS?

A number of options are provided for in the plans to allow you a certain degree of flexibility in the layout and the way you equip your boat.

 Some of these options include:

HOW ARE THE PLANS FORMATTED?

The plans are organised into a series of nine categories of information.

Plans are supplied through a Drop Box Folder on A1 size sheets in Pdf and Dxf format. You can print them at any size up to A1 at 300dpi. If they are printed A3 size you can file them in an A3 display book.

 

The definitions for the panels are provided as dxf cutting files and are also reproduced at scale on the drawings. Composite panels can be cut to shape on a CNC router, or can be cut from templates. We provide cutting files to manufacturers of composite panels if you want to have a kit manufactured.
